ADMISSIONS: RULES & REGULATIONS

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION
The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the school office with the following particulars:
  1. Name of Candidate
  2. Name of school last studied
  3. Class to which admission is sought
  4. Date of Birth
  5. Occupation of parent
  6. Permanent address and address for communication
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FORMS
The filled-in application forms should reach the school office for registration within 15 days from issuance.


INSTRUCTION FOR FILLING UP THE APPLICATION FORM
  1. The application form is to be signed only by the father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign the application.
  2. Full permanent address / residential address must be shown clearly.
  3. Parent's occupation and office address also be furnished
  4. The details furnished in the filled in application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or supply of false information may lead rejection of the application.
  5. Father's and mother's full name should be written without any spelling error.
SCHOOL TRANSPORT (IF AVAILABLE)
School Vans / buses are made available for students. Par shall make necessary arrangements to handover their chilo at appointed time to avoid delay in picking up their children the scheduled time and spots.




TRANSPORT RULES
  1. Students who avail the bus facilities are to utilize for te whole year.
  2. Parents should stick to the pickup points throughout year.
  3. Giving tips to the driver and conductor is prohibited.
  4. The students are not permitted to reserve searst themselves or for their friends.
  5. Students should obey the instructions and follow guidance of the bus crew.
  6. Unruly behavior and in-disciplinary act of the students the bus will lead to disciplinary action against them and ultimately the transportation facility will be cancelled for the miscreants.
  7. The bus conductor and the teacher in-charge mus informed beforehand if the student uses his/her hal transport or taken by the parent from the school.
  8. The fees receipts must be kept under safe custody and the same must be produced if required by the school.
  9. The students must clear the transport fee arrears before academic exams.
